vaccine record, bag of food.

has CLEARED FROM MY BANK.

**CASH ONLY**can be paid the day of pickup if

JMJ's puppies guarantees that our puppy is in
good health at the time of transfer and is
guaranteed from communicable disease for 72
hours from the date of sale. You are responsible
for having the puppy checked by your vet within
that time period. We will not be responsible for
parvo, distemper or kennel cough contracted
after the puppy leaves us. We also guarantee
our puppy to be free of genetic defects that
would be life threatening or not medically
manageable until the puppy reaches one (1)
year of age. If such circumstances occur, we
must be notified immediately and have proof of
defect or disease in writing from a veterinary
stating that the problem is genetic with no
possibility of any other cause such as accidents,
insect borne diseases, parasites, viruses, etc.
We reserve the right to a second opinion and if
shipping back to breeder (at the breeders
discretion) is required it is at the cost of the
purchased not the breeder and registration
papers are to also be signed back over to the
breeder and sent back tin order to receive a
replacement puppy. IF THE PUPPY PASSES
AWAY WHILE in your care you the purchaser
must pay to have the puppy examined to
determine the cause of death and if it falls under
our contract the puppy will be replaced, No cash
refund will be made, replacement puppy of equal
value will b e offered when one is available. We
are not responsible for any vet bills that incur.
We cannot be responsible for how much your
vet charges you or the knowledge of your vet.
We cannot guarantee against hypoglycemia But
will give you information on prevention and
treatment .
We do not let a puppy leave us until we feel like
it is ready for the transition and eating well.
We cannot guarantee against incompatibility,
that your puppy will be the perfect show dog,
the perfect breeder, the exact weight or color
you want to the puppy to be, housebroke in a
week, or that your puppy won't ever chew up
your favorite shoe but we can guarantee that if
you love and care for the puppy properly, you
will have a wonderful loving little friend!!!
Buyer understands that the deposit in
non-refundable unless due to the health of the
puppy while in our care.
This guarantee applies to the original buyer and
is nontransferable to a second party. This
contract must be signed and returned to JMJ's
Tiny Treasure Chihuahuas before the puppy can
leave us,
